Friendly staff, processed our order efficiently

The guy that helped us was very friendly and helpful and very patient with us as we were undecided about what we were going to choose. He showed us all the options and answered all our questions and knew his stuff. We even got a cup of tea when we placed our order!! The only thing was we did have to go back the next day as the wrong mattress was ordered and we took off the assembly of the bed as we had changed our minds. The staff were very helpful and sorted it straight away and adjusted the order so we had peace of mind.

Katie took care of our every need, and was extremely friendly. Katie explained the sleep match process, which was so helpful. After making us a cup of tea, Katie showed up around some potential mattresses, and was able to answer any questions we had e.g. what the mattress was made of. She took into account our budget, but she did also find a discount for us, which led us to the perfect mattress for us. Thank you Katie! - Dreams in Chesterfield.

The staff greeted us with a warm welcome, attended to us straight away, another staff memeber took the children away to do some colouring so they had a lovely time whilst we were being given full information about all items, we were wishing to purchase, overall brilliant staff that were full of knowledge.

I was highly satisfied when purchasing the divan double bed, matress & headboard, I'm pleased that the bed has 4 drawers & the colours are nice they match my bedroom & Amy was a great help in helping me find which mattress was the most suitable for me & which bed & headboard was right, very pleased looking forward to getting it.

Claire was amazing!! As soon as we came in to the store she was there to help and was brilliant at getting us the right mattress while not being too pushy. I couldn't believe how easy the process was and it was far better than any competitor I visited the same day. When we came in it was close to closing but I didn't feel rushed at all. The sleep matcher was really good to help me find the right mattress for my bad back. Delivery was in a decent time frame and we felt looked after getting a good deal on the mattress and pillow as well.
