I would had bought the wrong bed for my posture had the assistant not explained and took me to several beds to try. This was valuable information for me to try other beds and think about what I had been told.

Our salesman Chris was very friendly and his customer service skills were top notch. He was also very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and wasn’t too pushy. He made the experience very enjoyable. 5 stars for Chris.

Very welcome and tried out the test bed on arrival Chris also offered a coffee very happy with everything I have chosen a medium and hard mattress medium for me hard for my partner and two of the same pillows can’t wait for it to come 😁😁

Amy and other staff were friendly and proactive on making sure I was aware and in benefit of the offers available, i.e pillows with the purchase of a frame or the mattress (unsure which). The environment was nice and the bed machine was very useful. They were understanding of me needing to be in receipt of buying on credit too.
