Everything went smoothly and I pleased with the whole experience

From walking in the store to making out purchase we were made to feel welcome and that we were being listened to rather than just something being pushed at us. Katie was very friendly and helpful. This was our second visit to store over the last few weeks as they (especially Katie) had been so helpful the first time.

The staff at Dreams were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions professionally. We purchased the adjustable and massaging bed and was given a demonstration. We would highly recommend this store as we felt at ease from the moment we walked in.

The moment we entered the store we were greeted and asked if we were looking or needed help. After browsing around for a few mins we were offered help and advice on many different things very well run and very happy

I was asked very politely if I needed assistance and then offered the chance of using the computerised bed. This was explained very well.

The assistant Claire was absolutely fabulous! She made me a cup of tea, she was very polite and pleasant. I hope to be sleeping a lot better with the help of this wonderful lady. It felt like I was purchasing from a friend rather than any other shop assistant. Claire is a credit to Dreams.

The whole experience was relaxed and friendly. Did not feel pressurised.

Placing the order was easy - time to delivery a little lengthy but satisfied overall.

Chesterfield store sales person Katie was lovely. She was pleasant and very helpful and although I had what I wanted in mind as I saw it online she took time to show me other mattresses thst might be suitable but with no pressure.
