I thought the bed that analysed our body dynamics and gave us the best matress options was fabulous. There was lots of matresses to try and absolutely loved the one we decided on. I really didn't expect to find something so comfortable! The store assistant Katie was brilliant, she was knowledgable, friendly, informative and knew her stuff. She made us feel in control of what we wanted giving us lots of options at every stage of the purchase. Would definitely recommend the Chesterfield store to friends and family.

My needs were taken into consideration, as I am disabled, when choosing my new bed and mattress etc. I felt listened to and Amy who served me was very attentive to my needs. Nothing was too much trouble to her. The bed I chose was the Ellis sleep motion 200i and a Therapur Acti Gel Divine 20 Mattress. I feel that these will be of great help to me as I have got mobility problems and suffer from a lot of pain and other symptoms due to various illnesses. At the moment I do not sleep very well so I am really looking forward to my new bed arriving so hopefully I can get a good night's sleep!

Both Katie and Claire were very helpful, patient and kind, we did not feel pressured or rushed. Excellent customer service.

The staff were so helpful guiding our way through our purchase showing us the whole variety and best value for money. Katie the lady who served us was extremely knowledgeable about all the products on offer and offered us the beccover service plan which we were happy to accept. From walking in the store to walking out having made a purchase we were extremely happy with the service and overall experience.
