Excellent service from a most helpful and discreet assistant called Katie, she was very informative and professional in all aspects of the transaction. My friend and I were offered a drink while waiting. The whole experience was most enjoyable, the standard of service you rarely find these days.

As a widower I do not enjoy shopping alone, but this was a very pleasurable experience the staff were very helpful and polite, even offered me a hot drink whilst I browsed through the store, I tried the moveable bed to ascertain the correct mattress for me.

Found a mattress online that wasn’t in store however was shown straight to a mattress that was very similar to try and see if it suited our needs. This was success so placed the order.
