We came to the store wanting to be 'romanced' into buying a bed as my wife put it. Rav, who came over straight away as we came in looking lost was excellent got us drinks and asked what we were after, got us set up on the sleep position checker and even entertained our baby son while we went through the program. He then showed us everything we needed to see without being too pushy and by the end my wife was even upselling herself, it was exactly what she wanted.

We came to Dreams with a refund from that dreadful store Bensons. Staff were super helpful and overcame the issue we had with Bensons. Not yet delivered, but the experience so far has been very good.

Wanted a bed for our toddler. Staff rang head office to gather correct information before advising us, ensuring we were able to purchase the best mattress for our daughter

We went in knowing what we wanted and took literally minutes finding it, talking with a member of staff and taking it home with us there and then. We'd been to several other places and none could even compete price wise.

From the instant i entered the store i was greeted with a smile, offer of a drink and friendly chat. The lady who helped me work out exactly what bed would suit me best, Katie, was polite, professional and understanding of my needs, found me what i needed and made the whole event a pleasure.

We visited the store in June prior to moving home, we were so impressed by the service we received we came back today to place an order now we have finally moved home. All staff were great but especially Claire
