The two members of staff we spoke to were friendly and approachable and answered any questions we asked, having seen the bed frame we wanted on your website we needed to make sure that it was right for us. Rav was very knowledgable and was great.

The staff were friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a good range of products at competitive prices.

It was an emergency and the staff were brilliant. Only had the mattress first one night so far but all good. Very happy with Dreams and it was my first time shopping there.

Claire was extremely helpful and friendly,and also very patient given that we arrived at the store very late in the day. Claire answered all our questions clearly. She encouraged us to use the mattress simulator and talked us through the suggested mattresses, and as a result we have purchased a mattress that is so much more comfortable than the one we thought we wanted, and better value too. Excellent customer service, thank you!

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. We explained that we weren't sure what we were looking for in terms of a mattress having never shopped for one. Amy invited us to use the sleep machine, which was great and recommended some mattresses for us to try. We purchased a recommended one. Offered a cuppa, which was a lovely touch. We also didn't feel under any pressure to buy, Amy left us alone to make our own decision after showing us various different options and told us to take our time. We didn't feel at all pressured.

As soon as we entered the chesterfield store we were greeted by a friendly face, Rav. Who made us feel at ease straight away asking how we were, offering us a coffee and telling us to take a look around the store and he will help us once we have figured out what we were looking for. We were then tested for the mattress which is most preferable for us and then offered lots of beds within our price range to try. As well as pillows.
