Claire the store manager and Katie remembered us from visiting the store a couple of weeks ago, they went through the different bed frame options, showing us them in store, she explained the finance options and delivery options, unfortunately our frame isn’t ready for order at the moment but they explained we could still make the order and the finance agreement wouldn’t take affect until after we had received the goods, both very polite and professional

Easily accessible as purchasing our bed before from Dreams had to visit the Sheffield store. Excellent prices and helpful staff. Delivery with our first bed was excellent. We had a slight problem with one of the sides due to bowing but this was swiftly replaced after someone can out to have a look.

When we went in we wanted a new mattress but wasn’t sure what we needed Katie was there straight away to help and put us on the mattress tester machine we also got offered tea or coffee nothing was to much trouble

Friendly and helpful staff. Pointed put a clearance sofa bed as the other ones were out of my price range.

All the staff was very helpful each time we went in. We was offered a drink which was a bonus.

The bed testing machine was useful as it narrowed down the search to 3 main options which was helpful as otherwise too much choice

I had excellent attention and explanations. personal requirements were met with professionalism and my financial requirements were fully understood. There was no pressure to exceed what I had budgeted. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

I could immediately feel the positive atmosphere as soon as I walked into the store, something which nowadays is absurdly rare. I was politely greeted by a lady called Claire which was a pleasant surprise and left to peruse the merchandise at my leisure until I was ready to discuss what I wanted. I was given the opportunity to use their SleepMatch machine which helped immeasurably in finding what was right for me, and was even given a coffee to tide me over during my visit. The store was impeccably clean and even smelled nice. Will definitely refurn for any future bedding needs I may have.

Amy understood exactly what we wanted and was able to process this in a timely manner.

THE ASSISTANT WAS CLEAR AND HELPED US IN EVERY ASPECT OF OUR VISIT. THERE WAS A GOOD RAPPORT AND SHE PUT US AT EASE ESPECIALLY AS ONE OF US WAS HAVING MOBILITY PROBLEMS.
