I found the mattress I want quickly and easily,. It had all the relevant info available. Rav the assistant was very helpful, finding a delivery date for me as I needed it asap. He completed the order and finance quickly and efficiently in a friendly manor. Nothing was too much trouble.

My first visit I was dealt with by Katie....that was on the 9th September. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. We went on the machine that selects the correct mattress and her recommendations steered us to the Tempur bed and mattress. She did us a quote and we didn't purchase that day as i needed to measure the height for the headboard. I returned on Saturday 21st to place the order...Katie was not in as day off but the manager Claire served me. She remembered me from before and processed my order....in the middle of doing so...Katie arrived....was lovely to see her..again she remembered me.....I asked what she was doing coming in on day off.....she replied...' i love my job so much and the people I work with...I cant keep away!!' That to me says it all.....what an amazing company you are....thank you so much and cant wait to receive my bed.

The assistant named RAV was extremely friendly,helpful,informative, and polite.we were impressed with the time he took to show us everything , I was put on the machine that tells you what type of mattress and even made a nice cup of tea .The bed has not been delivered yet so although it looks lovely ,and my new pillars I can’t say just yet if it has lived up to expectations but I’m sure it will with the care that has been taken so far .I will certainly be happy to let you know either way
