Dreams - Chesterfield

Amy in your Chesterfield store was extremely helpful. I had looked on your website and wanted to try a particular mattress, and she came over and asked me what she could help with. She offered me a try on the sleep analyser thingy, made me an excellent cup of tea and showed me all of the suitable mattresses. She then went an extra ten miles and found the perfect colour for my divan and headboard, even though it wasn't yet fully available. Even though I think she was alone in the shop and it was late in the day, she was patient, didn't give up and made sure I had everything I needed. Please give her an award, she was amazing.

From start to finish the process is fantastic. I was kept updated by text message and my instruction of "please call 15 minutes before arrival" was adhered to. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with. I have already recommended Dreams to a few people and I, personally would not go anywhere else. The sales girl was chatty and professional, the delivery guys were fantastic and explained things clearly.. Well done Dreams..

Rav helped us from entering the shop, got us some comfy pillows, onto the dream machine and literally made us feel at home, in bed!!

We visited the store to look at bed options for our son. Katie in the store was first class - talked to both ourselves as parents/buyers and also our son as the ‘user’ and listened to what we had to say and matched our needs. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with - a real credit to the company.

Staff immediately available to assist and very knowledgeable, lots of choice of beds and easy to find what we were looking for.

Katie was pleasant and informative without being too forward. The showroom was pleasant to look round with a good choice of beds to try out.
