Everything was well explained and friendly

We were served by Rav who was welcoming as soon as we walked in.He greeted us and offered us a drink.He then asked what we were looking at before giving us the bed check experience which was great.He talked us through our options and gave us plenty of time to make the decision.it was the right mix not too pushy but there if we had any queries. He talked us through bed types head boards and the bed frame itself. We were happy with the experience and got a new bed frame,headboard and mattress.we also added pillows and a mattress protector all of great quality. I was also able to utilise my military discount which was great due to the large purchase. Thanks for the assistance and support.

Katie was very helpful in helping my son choose the right bed for him and made sure it was everything he wanted. Katie also called him by his name, which is a nice personal touch.
