Friendly staff, offered a drink and our 3 year old was made welcome.

Our server was very thorough and helpful.

Staff took time to keep my toddler entertained and looked after him while we were shopping amazing

Wow. I don't even have words to explain how great this experience was! When we arrived at Dreams, Chesterfield, the sales assistant, Katie, was so incredibly accomodating and helpful, I couldn't ask for better service to be honest. She offered us both a drink before starting the sleep expert bed thing (can't remember the name) and then afterwards helped us test and carefully choose each bed which was right for us -offering outstanding product knowledge for every bed. When we had decided on a mattress, she helped us choose a bed frame - again giving outstanding knowledge. When putting our order through, Katie was so helpful and patient with all my questions, and we had a good laugh during the whole experience. I am SO glad that Katie was our sales assistant, as she made the experience so much more than just choosing a bed, and i'm not sure we would have had the same experience if it wasn't for her. Katie is a massive asset to the Chesterfield branch of Dreams!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in store and were asked if we needed any help. We explined our situation and we’re directed straight to the sleep machine to be analysed.

The staff were extremely helpful. Tea and biscuits were brought, we were talked through options. It was a great experience.
