Upon arriving into Dreams at Chesterfield we were met by Katie who was very friendly and polite. As this visit was based on first time buying a mattress for a first home we were very happy that we didn’t feel pressured into buying something for the sake of it. Katie instantly came to talk to us once we had a quick browse of the products in order to get to know us and our needs for buying a mattress. We loved the fact that we could try out the digital mattress evaluator and then were given product knowledge after by Katie and shown a range of products which best suited our needs. We were then left to try out the products on our own (which was good so we didn’t feel pressured) and Katie let us know if we needed anything that she would be on standby if so. Overall the customer service lead us to come back to dreams to purchase our mattress and at this point we were sat down and offered a drink. It’s nice to know that still we were being treated as human beings rather than a sale and other friendly and helpful members of staff were finding time to talk to us too. We have definitely recommended this place to other friends and family.

The young lady named Katie couldn't do enough to help me with my choices she was so pleasant and helpful and makes a lovely cup of tea.

The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. Tempura quality and material was explained well and `I was given lots of time to decide which mattress was best for me. At no time was I pressured. Also given a cup of tea and treated with respect.

We were seen to promptly & were able to use the tester beds without a wait. The staff were friendly & very helpful. They offered us a drink & a biscuit for our son. While we placed our order, one of the assistants entertained our son - which was very helpful! Cheerful friendly & easy to purchase products.

The sales assistant we dealt with (Katie) was friendly approachable and knowledgeable about the mattresses not at all pushy and overbearing just very helpful in letting us find the one we wanted thankyou.

Entered the store and was greeted by a friendly member of staff who, asked what our requirements were. She gave us some information to assist us in our requirements but let us know that she was available if we needed Futher assistance or guidance in any choices that we were thinking about. Overall, a very good experience and we walked away from store with a feeling of "mission completed!"

Customer service was excellent, as was the sales assistant's knowledge of the products on sale.

Time was given to choose and think about the products available so we purchased the correct frame and mattress for our needs without any pressure.
