Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff

As soon as we walk in we was greeted with a smile, the assistant Katie was very helpful with myself as i am an older lady (83),she accommodated myself and my family with a warm cuppa, and helped me find a mattress that would help with my arthritis. We was all very satisfied with how we was treated in the store and made us all feel very welcome, im highly recommending this to my family.

The lady that helped us was very friendly, we were offered a drink and we felt valued.

We had a very friendly member of staff (Amy) show us round and introduce us to the match service which proved very useful. We found our mattress testing and buying experience very easy and enjoyable! Thank you

Very nice premises, clean and very welcomed by the staff, we discussed our product need which was a single bed with the flexibility to be converted into an additional guest bed.

we went on for a single bed, katie was a very good sales assistant, i tolded her what we needed and she show us what they had.

I had all ready visited two other bed shops and not been approached by any sail staff, so when I was approached and offered help and given coffee , I was impressed

I managed to see what I had researched on your web site, get advice from the staff in store, place the order and leave within a bout 15-20 minutes. It looks like a good product at a fair price.
