Rav at Chesterfield store needs notice. He is a fantastic, polite and helpful salesman. Was very understanding, wasnt pushy. Just cared for our needs. Very pleased!.

Fast efficient friendly service

I received a very welcoming visit from the assistant Amy. She offered both my father and myself a coffee and felt no pressure to purchase any products. She seemed very knowledgeable and she was overall very helpful and friendly.

I had to wait to use the test machine, but was kept informed by a member of staff and dealt with quickly. I was offered a drink several times and explained how things are laid out in the store which was good

Very nice friendly young lady called Katie who dealt with us ad as my mother is 92 years old she needed alot of help trying the beds and my mothers hearing is very bad so katie was very understanding. My mother enyoyed the experiance an so did I we were offered drinks which was also very nice and to top the expeiance you have toilets and as mom is in a wheelchair being able to get her in was brilliant

Friendly ,offered a cuppa , also purchased a pillow rather expensive but it has made a huge difference in my sleep pattern carnt wait for my bed to arrive.

The member of staff who served me was excellent ! Friendly , knowledgeable and efficient
