Rab was a fantastic attendant. He was very quick to help us and was able to help identify a suitable range of mattresses to fit my wife and i's needs. He was able to sell the products well without being pushy and every decision was our own. He was extremely gracious when we went to another store and upon returning welcomed us with as much hospitality as he did when we initially arrived. The purchasing of the mattress we decided on was quick and easy and he went through the legal shpeel with a fantastic understanding and with due diligence

My mother is not very mobile(92yrs) The staff were patient and explained everything carefully, so that she felt completely involved in the discussion
