On entering the store we were welcomed by Katie who talked us through health and safety and offered face masks etc. We were unsure of the product we required so Katie took details and we lay on sleepmatch. On results Katie took us to the product best for our requirements. Brilliant service from Katie who answered all our questions and nothing to much trouble. Also was helped by Amie and once again nothing was to much trouble.

the first lady who helped me was called Amy she was very friendly and knew what she was talking about, she advised me which mattresses were suitable for me after I discussed with her what I'd like. a second lady helped me actually place the order as I left the store and went back she was also lovely and helpful ...as was the other lady sat at the other desk. very friendly, smiley, helpful staff. my stepdad even commented when we left and said I'd definately go back there and recommend them, they were really nice and knowledgeable.

Very helpful and understanding my needs too has I am disabled explaining everything to me also reading everything out to me made sure I understand everything too showing me the bed on tv cannot wait for my bed to come now

Rav our sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We told him what we wanted and about how much we wanted to spend and he gave us selection of beds to choose from. It was all straightforward and a good experience.
