Amy was a very good at her job made you feel at ease as we walked in the door.not over pushy very informative a very nice young lady.A credit to Dreams. 5 STAR SERVICE.

Listened to what we said we needed. Used the Sleepmatch equipment. Advised us on suitable mattresses, (we were only looking to replace a mattress and not a bed). Offered us a drink. Used protective paper covers on the mattresses we tried and pillow protectors with the pillows we tried. Staff were helpful and friendly, but not pushy. We would recommend the store.

Amy was pleasant and offered me a bottle of water which I gladly accepted. I quickly found the best base,mattress and headboard I needed, and purchased ,paid for and arranged delivery that suited me.

We were a bit apprehensive about going shopping whilst this is all going on because we have only gone out to work for the last 15 weeks , but the staff were fantastic and friendly and made us feel very relaxed and looked after us with care and ended up having a good laugh with Katie plus we went into the store not long before they were closing but it was no problem to them she spent time and was very patient with us while we picked the right bed cause it’s a lot of money to spend a we needed to get it right overall fantastic service to the whole team thanks sue x
