App't made and we were met by Katy who looked after us very well throughout

We have spent a lot of money on different mattresses in the past and wake up with back aches, we decided to go to Dreams to use the computerised technology to select a new mattress, we were greated by the assistant Katie who explained everything that the technology does, Katie was very pleasant and helpful, she made us feel very welcome and comfortable, especially during this difficult covid times, she suggested which mattress and pillows that would suit us, we tried several at the time and made the choice of purchasing the active gel Tempur mattress as well as two Tempur pillows, Katie's knowledge was excellent and she came with a great sense of humour and she is a credit to Dreams. She made us feel like we were out socialising and not just a customer. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Staff friendly and not fake, no sales patter just honest responses to my queries. Was able to make a choice quickly & placing order was straight forward. Would definitely visit this store again.
