Drew explained everything in detail without any pressure and left us to make our own decision. He even made us a coffee!

Staff really friendly and very helpful, knowledgeable about products and what would suit our needs best. Didn't rush us into a decision. Very good customer service.

The shop was clean and tidy with no one present at the time we visited. The sales person was smart and took his time is explaining about the products and explained clearly the pros and cons of each product. We were invited to use the new bed / mattress scanner which we did. Whilst waiting for the machine program to work we were offered tea and / or coffee. The sales person clearly explained about the delivery and removal of the old mattress as well as what to expect on the day of delivery.

Very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. Not pushy but let us make our own decision.
