Staff were friendly and polite. They got me a mug of coffee. They were patient, and took the time showing me around the different beds and mattresses. The "Sleepmatch" machine was cool.

Went to another company first and felt pushed into a sale. So we walked out and visited Dreams. Much better customer service. Didn’t feel pushed into a sale and although we paid much more than our budget I was happy with what we came away with

I saw 2 members of staff, one gentleman as I came into the store asked if I was ok, he then came back and asked if I’d like to go on a machine that sorts a mattress out to your own needs which I found brilliant. A lady then came and suggested which mattress was suitable and then I went ahead and purchased it. Being a single person I’m very nervous of going shopping on my own but i needn’t have worried both members of staff were very helpful and not one bit pushy. I found the whole experience very easy and comfortable thankyou.

We started our bed shopping overwhelmed and confused with what was right for us. Once we had settled into the store, we were welcomed by Rav who saved our lives! Rav assisted us through the sleepmatch process and really listened to what we needed as well as having a great laugh! We were really impressed with Rav's knowledge and support throughout finding us our perfect mattress. He didn't overwhelm us with information, which was super helpful and changed our perception of buying a mattress from daunting to fun!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No pushy sales pitch. Not rushed into making a decision. Amy and Rav were very helpful.
