The salesman Rav was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment my partner and I entered the shop. He was knowledgeable, accomodating and made us feel at ease- he had a likable nature and didn't come across as too over bearing as can sometimes occur when making a sale.

I booked a visit on line . When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a member of staff and she knew who I was . She was extremely helpful , gave guidance on what mattress would be better for my needs . I was able to try out the mattress and I was impressed with all the safety measures that were in place . Very welcoming when we arrived. Listened to what we wanted. Was very patient and helpful with all our requests and questions. Made the whole experience so much better than the terrible service we had with Emma. Wish we had come to dreams first. Extremely happy with the whole experience.
