Dreams - Chesterfield

I made two visits, once before Christmas to see what was available and to see how much it would cost, I felt that the assistant listened carefully to my needs and there are many🙂 and was really helpful in assisting me in trying out the most suitable beds. I returned yesterday to place an order and was really pleased to see the same person who not only remembered my name but also the bed I had liked best. I had another test of the bed and tried the medium version to be sure. I found the process I had dreaded, to be pleasant, not at all intimidating, which I had heard it might be and extremely successful. I am delighted with the customer care and the product I have chosen, I just wish I could have my bed sooner but I am sure it will be with the wait

I had looked at what I wanted to buy on line then visited the shop. The item we wanted was not stocked in the shop and we were shown a similar item. Whilst looking an assistant brought the one we wanted on the computer and gave us the dimensions as we needed to be able to fit drawers we have got underneath. All the staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend. Thankyou

The lady who initially greeted us after we entered was pleasant enough but, as I am an experienced retail business owner myself, I gauged that she was simply a person who was employed to do exactly this and her knowledge of the products was limited. I also felt that she almost followed us around the store, which I think may well put a lot of visitors off, so my constructive advice for anyone in this position would be pleasant, polite, say hello to everyone who enters the showroom and be attentive when needed. The sales assistant who helped us, Amy, was a very pleasant and helpful lady and she had a good level of knowledge of the varying products, she also encouraged us to try the beds and passed us a new piece of protective paper to lay on, a pillow and a protective paper section for this too. She was also not frightened to ask us for the order, which she did at the relevant point by seeing if we would like to place an order for the bed today, which again I know is not always easy for sales people to do and they often expect the order to fall into their lap. This was not asked in a pushy way and she struck the right balance of help, advice and seeing if we were interested.
