Totally understood our requirements after having back surgery, very knowledgeable and helpful.

I received very good customer service, friendly and helpful member of staff who assisted me.

I needed to replace a double bed within 1 week and have old bed taken away after 3 other bed shops who did not take old bed away and or deliver within time frame I went to Dreams store in chesterfield. I wasn’t expecting anything but was pleasantly surprised by service and able to deliver new bed and take old one away within time scale Amy at Chesterfield was very helpful and after discussing my requirements she came up with some choices Well done Dreams you exceeded my expectations

The shop assistant was very friendly, helpful, polite and did not push us into buying something we did not want to. He had good product knowledge.

We visited the Chesterfield store, Amy was excellent and very friendly providing us with product information and answered any questions we had. Left us to try the mattresses and to decide the right one for us but always on hand for further questions or advice. Whilst in store the service was faultless from upon arriving, where we were offered a drink, up to making our purchase. Would recommend a visit to friends and family.

Very helpful person who helped my mother find what she wanted. The whole experience was very easy from entering the store to leaving with a mattress we wanted.

The staff member was very helpful, she asked if we was alright and needed assistance when we was looking at the sofa beds, we said we was alright. We approached her when we had decided to buy one with a great offer of saving £150. The staff were approachable, friendly and wasn't pushy for a sale.

All the staff where very friendly and helpful forgot the sales assistants name but he was very knowledgeable about the beds
