Amy at the chesterfield store was very helpful and understanding of our requirements. She had kept our notes and remembered us the next time we visited a week later.

Our first visit was just a pop in on the way to the hairdressers so I explained that we wouldn't be buying that day. We were served immediately by Rav and shown the hand sanitizer. We were invited to try the interactive bed and were given our perfect pillows with a paper covering. We then had a choice of three mattresses to try. Rav helped us to decide which would be the ideal one for our needs. On our next visit we ordered the mattress, bought a Levitex pillow and signed up for the warranty and were given a waterproof mattress cover. We liked the idea of having our old mattress taken away and were given a bag to put it in. We got a delivery booked for the following week and felt that it was a good experience - especially as we had no idea what sort of mattress we wanted before we first went in. We bought a bed from Dreams two or three years ago and have been very happy with it. It's good to know that we can go there and have a stress free experience with very personable, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Thank you to the Chesterfield branch.

The service we recieved from Katie was exceptional, she listened to our needs e.g. back pain and helped us find a suitable bed. She also provided much appreciated advice about sleeping positions.

Staff were available when we arrived. They were friendly and not “pushy” but also knowledgeable on the items we wanted.
