I was given great attention with explanation of the machine at the start and then about each mattress as I tried it - very professional

The assistant explained the different types of mattresses. I told her my preferences and then tried out a few to see which I preferred. Once I had chosen one the ordering went through very smoothly.

Very friendly staff, brilliant with involving my young daughter in choosing her first bed. Great choice and value.

We were greeted by Rav when we came into the store, who sanitised when we did and offered help straight away, taking us to the Dream Machine to build our sleep profile. He took us through a few mattresses before we ultimately decided on our favourite. He is a huge credit to your company to say the very least, being extremely polite, extremely understanding and ultimately resulting in us walking away with two extremely high value mattresses when we only came in to have a look! I’d highly recommend going to Dreams and I’ll be going myself again when I’m due a new mattress - or the pillows Rav recommended!

I was not pestered or pressurised by salesmen. The gentleman who served me was polite and helpful, the mattress l bought was recommended by my daughter and further confirmed by the salesman who also recommended the correct pillow for my needs,eith the effect that l also bought the same brand pillows for my daughter and her husband.

Katie the shoo assistance was very helpful.friendly and not pushy having ple ty of time to choose and change items in my order if rewuired before finalising. I just got a new bed for now and will look for a new matress in the future as my existing on not that old. The store has a soft one and a similar brand soft to firm but not in the model i was interested in. So will go back in 2 or 3 months and decide what matreess i want.

The staff member Rav was very helpful and explain everything to us. This is first time we have brought a bed and mattress so we didn’t know what to look for, he allowed us to try all types of mattress to find the one to suit us, as well as allowing us to do this in our time and didn’t rush us into a decision. He took into account that our budget was small and explained all payments options with us.
