Sales assistant was quick to spot I was requiring assistance. Listened to the fact the mattress was for a guest bedroom and first suggested one of the lower priced ones. When I expressed that I wanted one to last, she immediately pointed me in the direction of a better quality one and suggested I try it. Actually found it very comfortable and enquired if they stocked anymore in that price range, she instantly knew that they didn't.

I had looked on line before going to the store so knew the type of bed I wanted . The staff member helped in the choice of mattress which was useful . The process was quick and easy.

The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable

We were greeted by Rav as we walked in and he ask if we need any help to which I replied yes please. He wasn't pushy he explained everything to us. Gave us space and time when we needed it.

Katie, the lady who helped us choosing our mattress, was really helpful and informative. We weren't sure which mattress was best for us, but she managed to match us to the perfect one. Thank you Katie!!

Friendly advice and discussion, chatted through all the options and price ranges. Not pushy and gave space for trying out all the options. The Sleepmatch analysis was very useful and good fun!

Katie was very helpful and attentive. We hadn’t noticed but we were in the store long after closing time and she never rushed us. I’m fancy when I pointed out we were keeping her, she said it wasn’t a problem at all. We were made to feel very special.
