Katie at Chesterfield was pleasant and helpful but not pushy at all. Gave us time but helped where needed

We were given time to experience different beds and not pressured into a purchase. There was a good range on offer and Arab was extremely personable.

Katie was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when we were in the store and answered all of our questions and helped us immensely with any questions we had.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - to the right level, not pushy! They had a good knowledge of the products and prices and tailored that to my requests. This made for an easy and pleasant shopping experience.

Martyn, the colleague who dealt with our order was very polite, friendly and helpful with all aspects of our purchase. Despite being relatively new, he assisted us with all enquires and asked other members of the team when he felt he needed to.

The assistant was very helpful and helped us around the store trying some beds.

The service from Martyn was exceptional! The use of the sleep monitoring scanner first to narrow down our options was really useful and focussed our experience rather than just randomly testing mattresses. The knowledge of matching the right pillow for each of our individual sleep styles was also really useful. We didn’t feel rushed and could take our time trying out the different mattresses and had a lovey cup of tea to drink while making our decision. The efficiency of the narrowing down our options at the start meant we could actually take proper time to test the mattresses and not rush the final decision. The product knowledge from Martyn was also great and it’s lovely to know the mattress we chose is made from recycled materials which would have gone into the oceans. Overall really happy with the experience and was blown away to learn that it was Martyn’s first day!
