The helpfulness of the sales assistant to ensure we made the right decisions on the type of mattresses we were looking for without trying to pressure us to buy expensive or less expensive items,and the ease of completion when we had decided,the assistant who served us was called Katie.

The staff were very helpful kind and considerate made tea while we processed our purchase did everything they could for us a delightful experience I think the best thing they didn't rush us on to anything

A very friendly and professional service was given to myself and my husband. Highly satisfied with the service we recieved and would use Dreams again if we needed other goods.

Store colleague - RAV I was driving past Chesterfield on my way back to Yorkshire. I had decided it was time to purchase a New Bed, as mine was so old. I thought I would pop in for a "look around" and do some research. Welcoming Greetings, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was Impressed with technology Bed to assess requirements of types of Beds and Mattresses. Nice touch to be offered a drink, I accepted a nice bottle of water, thanks. So impressed I purchased a Firm Maitland D Mattress and Beige Divan and matching headboard.
