Rav was extremely helpful, not pushy in any way, and helped us get what we were looking for.

We walked in and was asked do we need any assistance or would we just like time to look around by ourselves, which is nice not to be pushed to hard into buying something. Then we were shown the sleep match machine to help us decide what type of mattress would suit us both. This was easy to use and after a few minutes we were given five choices of mattresses to try. This made it easy to make our choice and the staff were very helpful in given us further information about the mattress. In all it was a pleasant shopping experience.

The minute I walked into dreams, I were greeted by a really friendly young lady called Katie. Katie asked me what I was looking for, and when I told her that I was suffering from a bad back which I thought was due to my mattress, Katie asked if I would like to use the ‘magical bed’ (my words not hers, I can’t remember what it’s really called), I said I would. After that session, Katie helped me to narrow my choices down to two. I explained to Katie that I would need to bring my husband in later that day to also test the mattresses. Later that day, we were greeted by Martin, he remembered me being in earlier and continued to assist with choices of mattresses. We also wanted a sleigh bed to put this on. After selecting the Ellis, we explained to Martin that we had a small cottage with a low beam across the stairs, and would need to measure that before final purchase. On Saturday we walked into the store and both Katie and Martin was there, we were offered a cup of tea while we placed our order, we were given help with the selection of duvets and pillows and nothing was trouble to either of them.

Martin at Dreams at Chesterfield deserves a pay rise. Top bloke. Understood everything and we was sorted in no time

We were given prompt and friendly service which catered perfectly to our needs. Products were available for instant purchase and delivery. We were very satisfied.

Excellent no-pressure service received from the salesman. Very courteous and professional throughout and gave us plenty of time to consider various options before we settled on our final choice. As a purchaser we’d always like the product to be cheaper of course but we’re happy with the price level in this instance for the products we bought.
