Excellent service from Rav in the Chesterfield store, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of time to try the different mattresses he recommended. We were very pleased with the experience and look forward to our new mattress being delivered!

Easy to navigate round the Dreams store. A friendly staff member helped me find what I was looking for and answered my questions with knowledgeable information.

Rav was great, he came over to me straight away as soon as I started inspecting mattresses, immediately talked to me through how the testing bed worked to get the best product as well as quickly and concisely guiding me through all the mattresses that would be a potential match. I was given a comfortable amount of time to test each bed without any sense I was being rushed which gave me the time to make sure I was getting the right fit for me. The store was clean and the beds hadn't a single mark on them, and similarly the testing pillows smelt fresh and was great to use

Our assistant Ravinder was extremely friendly and helpful. He offered a refreshment and we discussed various options, with no problems on trying different mattresses.

Friendly staff helped me find the right soft mattress so that hopefully I have pleasant dreams and no nightmares! Only a week to wait for delivery too😃

Went into the store knowing what products we wanted and they were in store able to view. Amy at the Chesterfield store was very friendly and helpful! Made the process easy even with delays on the finance side, she made us comfortable and was very chatty which made the process go quicker
