The sales assistant gave a friendly welcome on arrival and showed an extensive knowledge of the products available. They listened to our requirements and provided helpful advice in order for us to make an educated decision and to ensure the product was right for our needs.

Amy made the visit very enjoyable. She was knowledgeable polite and friendly. The shop was well laid out and we had time to look around before asking for help which arrived quickly but with no pressure.

Sales lady was very jolly and had a laugh and joke. Not pressurised. Drink was brought to us.

We were greeted the minute we entered the store. The assistant asked what we were looking for. She took us around the beds that matched our description. We were then taken to the mattress chooser and talked through what would happen. We were then taken around the mattresses that the computer had picked for us. After trying each one she said to go back and try the ones we liked on our own for longer and come back if we needed more help. This gave us the opportunity to discuss our thoughts and make a choice. We made our decision and the sale was finalised. The thing was we had only gone to look and ended up buying a bed frame and mattress. This was due to the professionalism of the staff and no pressure selling.

Your staff were friendly and knowledgable. They dealt with my elderly mother in a very kind and courteous way.

the young lady was very helpful. She answered all our questions without being pushy she also had a very good sense of humour all in all it was a very good experience.

Friendly, helpful staff, let us have time to look around without mithering us. Very happy the mattress arrived in a weeks time too.
