We ‘clicked’ with the sales team straight away, and were acknowledged without being stalked as we walked and considered options in your store. The experience was so much nicer than an earlier trip to one of your competitors where a greasy salesman clung to us like unwanted chewing gum on our shoes and wrung his hands like a desperate schoolboy.

Michelle was really knowledgeable and helpful in finding a mattress and the covid measures in store made me feel very safe while we were looking. Also the explanations behind why the mattresses felt different were very useful when it came to making a decision

We were greeted at the door by a girl named eve who was very helpful and answered all our questions. She has even given us some advice for future purchases so we will be back when it’s time for a new mattress.

The young lady who dealt with us was very competent and had excellent customer service skills even though she had been there only a few weeks. (Eve) Our last bed came from Dreams and has been very comfortable.

Maria took a lot of time to explain and demonstrate the bed I wanted. The machine to decide which was best for my needs was a great innovation.
