I am moving. I need a new bed. Sleep is important to me. The mattress finder was so quick and clever. I knew which sort of bed frame I wanted and that I wanted an ottoman.

The sales advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful and directed me to the bed she thought I would like. She answered all my questions, offered a drink several times and made it very easy to make the decision!

very good service. Michelle was professional and very helpful, wasn't pushy made me feel relaxed straight away trying out beds. Was happy to give me my options and no rush to make a choice. I'm confident that with her assistance I have got the best deal and mattress for my needs.

We have had Dreams products in the past and although some items are more expensive we do appreciate the quality. The staff were very helpful with pointing us to the products most suitable for our needs.

Eve was extremely helpful. I had photos of my existing mattress (quite old) and she made a call to find out what was the equivalent. This was important because my husband wasn't with me. Eve was very knowledgeable about the different beds I liked and asked me, will they fit? On reflection, some beds, like the sleigh bed, would have decreased the room available. Eve was very helpful when ordering bedroom furniture and her colleagues helped with explaining the process. A very attentive service, with good advice. I have used Dreams for years Well done Dreams team.
