The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable providing me with advice regarding the mattress I wanted to purchase.

As soon as I walked in Maria from the Chelmsford Branch was very attentive. Offering me a drink and listening to exactly what I would like. Maria then showed me to the Dreams Scanner which I found very helpful. I was then shown around the store at the mattress best suited to me. Maria was listening to my feedback on each mattress and getting me to try out other mattresses that I may like. Overall I was very impressed with Maria’s knowledge and helpfulness.

The level of service was impeccable. The young lady couldn’t do enough to make sure I was extremely comfortable with the mattresses I was being shown. The cup of tea made it more friendly
