I had no idea where to even start - Eve helped me but explaining all the different mattresses that were available. I went away with a quote and went to Bensons to shop around (I found the staff there very unhelpful and not really interested). I made up my mind after leaving Bensons that I would go back to to dreams to place my order. I went in as the store opened and found all the staff very helpful especially Eve who placed my order for me with the help of her manager. Really really helpful. I found the store very bright and inviting!

Staff were very helpful and understood the products. They also dealt with my requirements quickly and delivery was arranged to fit in with a date that suited me.

Helpful and good advice. Was seen to immediately. Helped to find a bed frame that could be delivered as soon as possible. The basic differences between the mattresses was explained to me clearly and concisely.

Cathy was my first point of contact and recommended various mattresses but also to come back with my partner to test your machine for any aliasing our requirements. When we returned, Eve and Cathy were very helpful, attentive and went above and beyond when we were down to our final two choices by moving the store around (literally). Amazing service.

Eve at the Chelmsford branch was extremely helpful and considering she has only been there for a short time, I would highly recommend her for any promotion that came up. She has the ability to talk to people at their level and knows her product very well. I was having to downsize due to bearevement and need a smaller bed and she was very considerate and helped enormously. Cathy was really helpful, she showed me loads of options for the mattress and pillows but I didn’t feel pressured at all.
