Went to a Dreams store and served by a lady called lynne. She was so helpful and helped us find our prefect mattress! We came into the store the next day after deciding what one we wanted.

I have been in the UK for 9years and it is the most efficient and friendly service I have experienced in this county.

We came to dreams mid march and saw Maria, received excellent service, and purchased a bed frame but decided to purchase the matress from bensons as they did us a very good deal. After waiting the 5 weeks delivery time, bensons then delayed our order by another 6 weeks and we werent happy so cancelled. We came back to dreams at Chelmsford and Chelle and Maria helped us select a matress as the one we originally liked in march was no longer available. The process was friendly quick and easy. They were knowledgeable about the products. We wish we had ordered the mattress from dreams in the first place!

I first went into store and bought was promptly helped, me and my partner were shown the sleep analysis machine and this save us a lot of time and effort in picking a mattress, we then proceeded to choose our frame and 2 days later went back into store to pay and order the bed.

Eve (Dept assistant) was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Because of which it took us very little to make a decision and purchase the right beds.

The sales assistant was brilliant and also helping my daughter and myself find the right colour and system for our beds
