Very helpful staff, all very friendly and the person that specifically helped us was knowledgeable and was able to make recommendations based on our exact needs. In and out having placed an order in 30 minutes.

I was only in Chelmsford because I was taking my mum to the eye hospital so had time to waste. I needed to go to the toy shop which is near your store and as I have dream mattresses I was sensible to get my next 2 from dream as I have always been very satisfied with the service and quality of the goods Well done Chelmsford staff you are a good as lakeside

Excellent customer service throughout. Great delivery options....100 per cent better than your main competitor with whom we have cancelled an order due to cancelled delivery 1 day prior to delivery date!

The assistant was very friendly, she wasn't pushy or over baring which is a MASSIVE off put for ourselves when we shop.

Our advisor Michelle was so lovely and informative we were only passing by and wanted to have a look she left us when we needed more information on a product she was on hand she also helped us with the mattress and gave us all information on that - we went to look at the kids beds and again really informative and no pressure to buy anything so it was a really lovely relaxing purchase - highly recommend Michelle she was just lovely

The lady was very professional and nice, and didn’t do the hard sell or pressurise us. We were also given time on our own to decide our purchase. Also offered drinks which was a lovely touch.
