very friendly atmosphere. No pressure. Knowledgeable assistant. Staff showed they cared.

The sales woman was extremely helpful as soon as we arrived in the store, she understood straight away what we were looking for and dealt with us very professionally. At know time did we feel pressurised, she was very friendly and we felt she gave us sound advice. We would certainly return to this store in Chelmsford.

The lady approached in a really friendly way and had great knowledge of the beds but she wasn't at all pushy she was very patient with us. She took us round to try the various beds and didn't rush us at all. I felt I came out with exactly the right bed for me. Great customer service couldn't do enough for us! Would highly recommend!
