The advertised 20% discount for buying a mattress at the same time as the frame couldn't be applied on the computer, but the staff worked round it, didn't just ignore it.

The member of staff knew we was try to save money and didn't want to over spend, however they convinced us to buy a separate ottoman and headboard which was not the same colour saying it would save us money when all along we could buy an ottoman with a headboard included which would have been cheaper. I will be going into a different dream to get this sorted of cancel the order.
