Good assistance from Lynn the staff member. Bed was just what my son needs.

I got what I needed for a good price. The staff were very happy and knowledgeable when recommending a mattress that suited both me and my husband (as he likes firm and I like soft.) and when talking about different types of bed as I was unsure about an ottoman style but after seeing it I think it will be brilliant providing extra storage for us and I love the colour!

Lynn was very helpful and did not rush me. She gave me all the info i needed and was not pushy. i walked away after ordering my mattress feeling very happy.

On just popping into the Dreams store at Chelmsford to have a casual look at mattresses as our current one is ten years old. We was welcomed by Lynn who did not pressurise us in any way but explained about the mattress testing machine that would only take a few minutes to give a result. We decided to give it a try and Lynn showed us the results and mattresses that was suitable. We chose Therapur 2200. Plus pillars spending £1,384. She then processed the order quickly and arranged delivery and disposal of our old mattress, Lynn also offered us a hot or cold drink whilst waiting. Thank you Lynn for the warm welcome and great service, we look forward to receiving our purchase on the 26th February.
