The lady who served me, Julie, was so lovely and helpful. I went in for a single mattress I could take home with me straight away. She found me one, made sure I was happy with it and also made sure I left with extra things like pillows and bedding. I can't fault her service!

Staff member was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable without being pushy. Importantly they listened and nothing was too much trouble, even offered a drink of water. We tried the machine to assess which mattress would to appropriate and the after being provided with a covered pillow was directed to several different one to try. The checkout problem was my problem, I’d taken my driving license for ID but didn’t have my mobile phone on me to receive the text message. Things have changed since I last used credit. No problem, I just popped back the next day and it was immediately completed. Again being offered a drink. Impressive service.

Julie was fantastic! We only came in to buy some pillows and left with a mattress too. Julie’s knowledge was great and she was able to answer everything. She wasn’t pushy with the sale and gave us the right amount of information, time and space to make our decisions.

The member of staff helping us was exemplary in every respect. She quickly assessed what we were looking for and determined the best way to help us. She was courteous and friendly and very attentive.

We had visited in February to just look at what was the best mattress for the both of us. I said I would return when our house sale had completed. I was thrilled to see Andy, who was with us initially in February, as I’d prefer to shop in store than online. He gave us great customer service. Thank you Andy.
