The service from both Julie's was excellent. Very friendly, professional and helpful. We didn't feel pressurised and were given relevant info to help us decide. Julie (5 months) made sure we were made welcome, offered us a drink and encouraged us to use the sleep beds machine thingy to help us decide and gave good advise on our needs. Other Julie also gave valuable advice and made us feel comfortable in our choice. FABULOUS SERVICE ALL ROUND

Sale agent Jules, very helpful I had no idea what I was looking for, I did like the mattress I eventually purchased but she made sure it was the right one an that I wasn’t rushing into a decision, which was great due to the amount of money I was spending. She also made sure it was on a delivery date that was suited to me.

We were immediately serviced and taken through the process of getting recommendations. We were given ample time to try out the different mattresses, and Mike was great at listening to what we wanted or needed, with regards to quality and price. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, Jules showed us the sleep matcher and she helped us find the perfect, perfect perfect mattress
