I was able to find the bed frame I wanted. The staff were helpful and friendly. The lead time was perfect for us. The price for the frame was brilliant and the quality of the bed frame that I saw on display seemed great. I am looking forward to my bed frame arriving.

The staff (Jules) who was helping me had an excellent experience and knowledge of what I needed. The time taken to deal with my query was excellent. Jules was very friendly and this put me at ease in asking as many questions as I could.

We went into the store not knowing anything about mattresses, and the lovely guy we dealt with, was extremely helpful and pointed us in the direction of the price range we wanted and quality too for what we were looking for. Very helpful and lovely man.
