We were greeted by Mike on our arrival in the store. He took us from start to finish on the frames available and mattress required. Excellent customer service

It was an excellent experience. Staff were super friendly yet also gave us space to browse, which we really appreciated. We were served by Mike at the Penarth Road branch, Cardiff and he couldn't have been more helpful! He's clearly very knowledgable and his customer service skills were brilliant-would definitely go back in future!

Helpful, knowledgeable staff who guided us to the mattresses which were most suitable for our needs. Quite necessary really as the number of mattresses on display was quite considerable.
