Amanda was absolutely amazing, helped me find the right mattress for me and helped to get my items to be at the earliest time by prioritising what I needed the soonest.

I have broken my back several years ago and sleeping is a big problem for me! So We decided to buy a great matress to see if my back pain was assisted.When I went to dreams Jules the Dreams assistant measured my pressure points on a special bed. She was amazing.. she took me through what is important in a matress. She let me try 6 Matresses and talked me through the pros cons and benefits.Jules spent a very long time with me and let me try the matresses several times. The matress I chose is expensive but I believe it's an investment in my health.I can honestly say that I felt no pressure to buy anything. Jules was very kind and patient as she showed me the ropes. I also bought a divan bed and headboard. My old matress also came from Dreams which I purchased in 2006 and I have been very happy with it. It did need replacing but it has given me many years of excellent comfort. Thank you to the Dream Team!

Very friendly and helpful kind and professional

Andy was extremely friendly and helpful in finding us the best mattress for us. The computer aided assessment of mattress type required was useful but not as useful as his expertise for knowing which mattresses to show us. We alwere very happy with the value of the mattress we decided on the the extra bedding etc.

We spoke to a colleague called Andy who greeted us as soon as we arrived and talked us through everything they offered. We then did the sleep test and he showed us all the available mattresses and really listened to what we liked and didn't like. He gave us a generous discount and gave us free fitting which we were not expecting at all it was brilliant. We then bought a bed frame too to go with the mattress. Organising the finance was so easy and the explanation of it was clear and understandable. The whole process was so quick and I would definitely recommend to other people. I have not bought a mattress before and was a little apprehensive but the store was amazing and made the decision so easy.
