Service was excellent, felt at ease and unpressured, felt comfortable in taking time to make a decision. The sleep analysis was really helpful, went in expecting to buy one type of mattress but found that something different would be better suited.

The assistant listened to us and recommended products that were appropriate and within our price range. The process of ordering and arranging delivery was quick and easy.

Had exactly what we were looking for.

I had purchased my previous perfect mattresses from Dreams in the past and received excellent advice and unrushed time so I returned for my new purchase without question or bothering to look around. I arrived at the beautiful local store and was immediately attended to. I gave my specific requests and the assistant was very positive about my wishes. I was tested on 'the fitting bed'. I believe the assistant had its findings in mind before the results.. they also matched my thoughts. I was shown 5 mattresses which might be suitable to my specifications. I dislike too much choice. The assistant was excellent giving concise details as I tested them so patient..no rush which was excellent. On request she left us to decide between 2. No rush again. I feel I have chosen the most perfect , comfortable mattress which ticks most of my specifications. I feel I was helped so knowledgeably and in a friendly way. I felt no stress or difficulty in my final decision. A great deal of my positivity is down to the the excellent assistant we had and hope she will be praised and rewarded well.

The sales assistant was very helpful. She showed suitable mattresses and allowed us plenty of time to try them all out.

My wife and I visited your Canterbury showroom on Monday 7th Feb and were served by Richard. We had visited several stores previously with varying degrees of satisfaction. On entering your store we were impressed by the vast range of beds on display. We were approached by a gentleman who introduced himself as Richard. On explaining our needs he was able to show us the various mattresses that would be most suitable. he explained the different types and materials etc and then left us to try the mattresses and discuss the pros and cons of each. We were torn between two similar items and Richard helped us by explaining the differences. On making our choice, Richard made us coffee and we sat down to make the order. We returned next day to finalise delivery etc and pay for our purchase. At all times Richard was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He was never "pushy" It was a pleasure to deal with him.
