Fran was very helpful and showed my the mattress finder and then showed me all my options before helping me choose the perfect one.

There was a new starter in the store. She immediately came over to assist us and also gave us space to explore. All staff were very friendly and was a lovely experience

The store staff provided us with detailed information on the mattresses we were interested in and guided us to make an informed choice that was best for us. There was time to choose and not being rushed into a decision which for a purchase as important as a mattress is important.

Richard has delt with the sale so effectively and quickly. I did buy ex display mattress and although no further discounts was allowed to give, Richard gave few pillows and cover for the mattress within the price. I was so please that I got it as there were 2 other customer after it straight away. Lucky me. Richard has made everything so easy and explained delivery etc very nicly. This is second mattress we bought from this store and will always return there. Thank you so much

I was looked after by Sophie who was in training , but was excellent - pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. Had a little difficulty on the computer as she was learning - to be expected , but was backed up excellently by her two colleagues, they were a credit to Dreams.

The lady who helped us was called Fran and she was extremely helpful, and completely understood my issue. It was very easy and she showed us all different mattress and helped me very thoroughly.
