Joseph at the Canterbury store, is an amicable professional who understood what I wanted. He is pleasant and patient when engaging with a customer. Because of his professionalism and friendliness I will return to buy other things at the store. He is not pushy and doesn’t drive a hard sell which made the visit worthwhile. From the time we stepped through the door at the shop, we were serviced straight away, and got great support throughout the process. The shop assistant helped us find the perfect bed for us, and also talked us through the whole process. Overall really happy with the service we got.

Joe was amazing, he tool me through all the mattresses that were suggested. He then provided me with different pillows to try as I explained a problem I was having. The store was extremely clean and in good order

The colleague who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and did not attempt to pressure us into buying a more expensive bed. We were buyinga bed for occasional guest use which he fully took on board. He may also have paved the way for a future sale to our daughter in law who was with us and is intending to buy a new bed shortly.

From start to finish, the customer care was fabulous..on point, listen to what we wanted for our needs. Was so pleasant to come into a show room & try! ...excellent staff, highly recommend the Canterbury branch. The service we had in store was great the lady that served us was so understanding of our needs

As soon as we walked in we were asked by Fran if we had a mattress already in mind. Then she got us to do the mattress testing machine, which confirmed the mattress we were looking for which was great and a relief. Then Fran matched us with perfect pillows, soft for me and hard for partner. We were told prices, offers and shown other beds as comparison in case we changed our minds. Then we were left to discuss it between us and given plenty of space and time to make a decision. Fantastic service and walked out happy with the mattress we decided to purchase.

Fran at the Canterbury store was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She did not rush us and answered all our questions. She advised about products and let us test and chat about all items in which we were interested. Fran also assisted with your computerised analysis system and then helped us test the recommended products and explained all the differences to us. We have already recommended her and the store to others.
