From the moment we entered the store we received excellent customer service from Joe. He was approachable and welcoming and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. He invested a great deal of time with us to ensure that our product selection met our needs and encouraged us to try a range of different bed options. When we returned the next day to place our order we again received excellent customer service and the process was straightforward and well explained. We are both delighted and also think that the showroom is very well presented and inviting. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams and the retail team at the Canterbury store.
